Sunnybrook was established in 1918 by the esteemed railroad pioneer Robert Fox Boxley of Louisa County, was originally intended as a haven for the weary mule teams employed in the construction of the railroad. Sadly, Robert Boxley passed away before the completion of Sunnybrook Farm, leaving Mrs. Boxley to raise their five children amidst the grandeur of this

majestic property. Years later, the historic home transformed into an esteemed family restaurant known as "The Sunnybrook Inn," only to close its doors in the mid-1990s.

In 2006, Randy and Tammy Scaggs, captivated by its timeless allure, purchased this remarkable estate. Today, as a premier full-service event facility, we proudly stand ready to fulfill all your wedding aspirations, from hosting the enchanting bridal shower to orchestrating the flawless reception and every cherished moment in between.
